We know it is a challenge to balance work, school, family, and community and church involvement – and we are here for you. It is do-able!

For you, as an adult student, our program is:

Convenient:

Courses are organized into six Modules. Each module covers 9 semester hours – two 7-week classes plus one concurrent field-related experiential course. Classes meet once a week for six to seven weeks and one Saturday. Supplemented with online interaction between classes, students will be accelerating the learning experience without sacrificing quality. Learn More.

Customized:

A faculty advisor will work with you to develop a customized academic learning plan that is suited to your needs and based on your academic background. Tracing your learning experience along the way together, your faculty advisor will be there to encourage you and point you in the right direction when help is needed. Learn More

Relational:

Students begin and end the program together in a “cohort” or learning team. This creates a supportive and enjoyable learning environment of like-minded learners in similar positions – balancing busy life schedules at home and work. Your classroom colleagues will become a close knit group of friends who you will learn from and learn with. And after your degree, they become a critical part of your professional network. Learn More

Adaptable:

Cohort groups start at different times throughout the year. Group start times are currently scheduled for spring (April-May), fall (Aug-Sept) and winter (Jan.-Feb).* The entire cohort portion of the program can be completed in approximately 18 months. The actual length of time to complete your degree will depend upon the number of credits that you transfer into the program. Learn More

Applicable:

Practical real-world or work-related experience is incorporated into the program through field placement and practicum courses. This provides students with relevant learning experiences through the blending of theory, skill development and reality. Learn More

Academically Excellent:

Courses are taught by highly qualified TWU faculty with excellent academic credentials, communication skills, and real-world experience in the field. Trinity Western University recently was again ranked as the top institution for “quality of education” based on the Globe and Mail University Report Card highlighting the academic excellence students are receiving from the University.
