Students begin and end the program together in a “cohort” or learning team. This creates a supportive and enjoyable learning environment of like-minded learners in similar positions – balancing busy life schedules at home and work. Your classroom colleagues will become a close knit group of friends who you will learn from and learn with. And after your degree, they become a critical part of your professional network.
